Evergreen is a 501(c)(3) entity in the U.S. providing public benefit services in China.

Evergreen is also an accredited member of ECFA. In addition, our Form 990, the annual IRS return that must be filled out by non-profit organizations, is available for review upon request.

Evergreen’s board of directors has a finance committee that is actively engaged in monitoring the financial operations of the organization, and formally reports to the entire board at least twice annually.
