Evergreen is a 501(c)(3) entity in the U.S. providing public benefit services in China.

Our Form 990, the annual IRS return that must be filled out by non-profit organizations, is available for review upon request.

Evergreen’s board of directors has a finance committee that is actively engaged in monitoring the financial operations of the organization, and formally reports to the entire board at least twice annually.

Evergreen’s auditor from Capin Crouse, LLP, commented, “It has always been a pleasure to work with Evergreen Family Friendship Service over the years. The operations of EFFS are highly efficient. EFFS maintains a climate of strong financial accountability and has a good system of internal control. The organization has always demonstrated a commitment to sound financial policies and practices.”
